If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the items with the intact packaging can be returned for exchange, within 10 days from the date of shipment. To request a return authorization, you must send a request to info@donnaliasalussola.it within 2 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the order number, the codes and names of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: replacement. Once the return request has been received, Donnaliawineshop will send you a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). You will be asked to confirm a date for collection, prepare the package and deliver it upon arrival of the courier. The return must be made with the courier indicated in our email. In the return mode made for an item change, the return shipment will be FREE.

It is not possible to exchange the product with a different item.
